1. Remove the Harley Davidson Horn

      The horn need to be relocated , to remove the existing horn there is a nuts behind the horn. Remove the

      Horn rubber mount 

................IMPORTANT DO NOT USE THE HORN RUBBER MOUNT FOR the XTRAKTOR COOLING SYSTEM.

2. Locate the lower bracket bolt on the engine

       The lower bolt is located on the engine (see fig ) just over the vin number the existing bolt is 3" inch long.

       We are supplying you an extra 3 1/2 " inch long bolt just in case you need it for more clearance between

       The shifting rod add some spacer washer.

3. On and Off Switch

       The 12 volts switch can be installed anywhere, our suggestion any existing accessories    

       Switch or coil cover, drill a 3/4" inch hole to install the switch.

4. You are ready to connect the cooling system ?

        Locate the fuse box under the seat or left side cover, look for the accessories fuse, if the fuse is a 

       15 amps, upgrade to 20 amps. Install the fuse adapter . Fuse and fuse adapter,electrical harness are

       Included with the kit. Connect the blue wire to the power and black to the negative.
